Here are some suggested items for your proposal:
- A description of the venue (it could be your university or some conference center, etc.)
- Some details about the organizing team (it could be your student branch or several student branches and/or GOLD affinity groups working together)
- A preliminary budget estimation
- Some estimation of the flight costs to come to the venue from Region 8 countries
- Anything that you think is relevant or anything you think we should know.
None of the above is compulsory, just tell us what you think is important according to you and why we should choose you to organize the next Region 8 SBC!
